  • Ebooks and audiobooks are non-refundable, as digital books are delivered instantly via email. 

By completing your purchase, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your statutory cancellation right is waived in accordance with UK consumer law for digital downloads.


2. Refunds for Print Books

All print books purchased via bwbethebook.com are:

  • Printed

  • Packed

  • Shipped

by our trusted print-on-demand partner, BookVault.

BookVault handles the printing and physical fulfilment of all paperback and hardback books.

Shipping Times

Shipping times may vary depending on:

  • Your delivery location

  • Printing times

  • Courier services

Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout where available.


3. Damaged or Faulty Print Books

If your print book arrives damaged or faulty, please contact:
